I recently decided to explore the world of AI coaching with the popular program, Coachy. Honestly, I was not entirely convinced. Could this thing really be a useful tool in my life? After a few weeks of using it, I've have some thoughts. Coachy is definitely different from anything I've tried before. It can be quite helpful on things, but it's not
